Autograph letter signed from Charles Knight, London, to William Widlow [?] Reid [manuscript], 1860 February 6.

In regards to his continuous communication about the reprint of the third edition of Shakespeare, assures him that many pains will be taken to ensure an accurate reprint and no expense will be spared to create a handsome binding. In regards to the editorship, though accuracy and care may be tested, Mr. Edison is willing to remain unknown(?). Closes "with due which I beg to subscribe myself, Sir P. Lionel North, your Obedient servant, Charles Knight."
